A plan that can change
Your next week may need a different plan.
A block of nights, a day off and an early appointment do not fit neatly into one bedtime. Start with the dates you know, then compare what could work.
Begin with actual dates
Check the next work shifts, the first day off and the next return to work. A familiar rotation can be a starting point, but holidays, swaps and overtime still need to be reflected in the schedule.

Different questions
A workday.
A transition.
Separate a normal workday from a transition
The Sleep Schedule Builder helps with a possible sleep window around a shift. Days-off planning in Atlas addresses a different question: how you want to move between work and time off. The short-video Flip experience in Learn is unrelated to this Flip Plan.
Compare before adopting
Premium lets you explore transitions with your dates and commitments. A comparison is a possibility until you choose to adopt it. Review the sleep windows and any conflicts, rather than treating a higher model score as proof a plan will suit your life.
Compare before choosing
A possibility
comes first.
Keep the parts you cannot move visible
A school pickup or an appointment is part of the planning problem, not a failure to follow the plan. If there is not enough room, the useful result may be seeing the conflict clearly and discussing what can change.
Real life belongs
in the plan.

the day that changed.
Update the day that changed
An extra shift or changed finish time should lead you back to the relevant schedule and plan. Calendar options, where offered, still require you to review what was imported; they do not make every rota change automatic.
